Interview: Irfan Tahari

The three members of the Shafia family on trial for the deaths of three daughters and the first wife have been found guilty of first-degree murder. Irfan Tahari is a Queen’s University student of Afghani descent. He had been following the trial in its entirety, attending hearings and helping media and authorities with translations. Tahiri gives a recount of the trial and its reflection on the Afghan and Canadian community.
